Works great on the grill, oven or with the Char-Broil Big Easy Oil-less Turkey Fryer.

The product works wonderfully when used with our oven indoors. I purchased it for use, however, with our Weber Charcoal Grill. We have yet to test it with the grill. The key issue will be using the thermometer with the cover on the grill during 'baking'. We destroyed the wire attempting this with our last thermometer(not a Weber)and hope that this will not occur with this one. In the instructions it says to keep direct heat from the charcoal away from the wire which is probably the key. We have high hopes. |

I had to write a review after reading the negative ones. I've had this for over 4 years and it works great. Like another reviewer said, it needs to be used properly (turn of both units after each use, stick probe in correct part of meat). My husband grills everything perfectly when he uses this. Medium comes out medium, etc. It's easy to use and works great. I highly recommend this for any regular griller who doesn't want to rely on a timer and checking the meat every few minutes! |
